This is our favourite area of expertise. As you can imagine, between the various members of the team, we’ve produced a wide- variety of shows. However, its much more fun for everyone when a client approaches us with their own ideas. For example, we took a call from someone who wanted to book one of our radio pals to dj at their 40th birthday party. The client was just calling up to discuss having someone to play some classic dance and disco tunes in a marquee on their lawn. However, we got chatting and it turned out the client was a well – to- do stockbroker from South Africa who really enjoyed safari holidays. We turned his marquee into a zulu chieftains palace, had stilt walking giraffes on his lawn, a fully camouflaged land rover at his entrance gates (which we also transformed into a safari park entrance- complete with native guides), had our dancers perform extracts from the Lion King in full costume during the evening for his guests, re- wrote his menu to feature a full- on safari barbecue and even brought in a professional choreographer to train his wife and her friends to perform on stage as Abba (in full costume) as a surprise for the birthday boy (his favourite band).
